I should have mentioned, I did run --repair, but to no avail. If it

idxWORD09F is the full-text index, and this means that the context of
some of your full-text files are not UTF-8 compatible. This can be a
frequent thing. We have fixed some issues in this department recently
to ignore these errors. The fixes are available in CVS only.
In order to localize the record ID for which this problem occurs, can
you please launch:
$ bibindex -u admin -w fulltext -f 1 -v 9 -a -i 1-1000
and send me some lines from the place where it fails, as well as the
problematic record and the PDF file generating this traceback?
