I don't know how to add it to the scheduled tasks!
Ok, I see.
You used the "One-time harvesting" version: this is used only to
harvest the records into a file, but it does not integrate them
into your repository.
Instead follow the instructions for the "periodical harvesting",
using the "oaiharvest" command line.
