Re: "this year"
It is a similar case to the issues discussed in ticket #431, and it's not
currently special-cased. (that is, the only way to make "this year" work
on master as it currently is would be to overload 01-01-xxxx as xxxx in
the same way that currently 01-yy-xxxx means yy-xxxx)
Working on those other fixes atm.
