It means that the inspire git repository contained firstauthor index
creation bits already (see 2146ab19), but that this index had not been
deployed on PROD yet. I have now done this.
(But only on PROD, not on TEST, because on TEST there is a new `class`
field defined that clashes with 2146ab19; so please either shift `class`
first or else tell me whether I can remove `class` from TEST. (`class` is
not part of the inspire git repository yet and so should be re-deployed
from sources with proper IDs when its time comes.))
