Comment:
The word queries "find fa surname" are treated properly, but phrase
queries "find fa a b c surname" are not emulating SPIRES behaviour due to
missing author-style operand massaging.
Valkyrie, can you please amend SPIRES parser parts so that "firstauthor"
operand massaging would be shared with "author" operand massaging, and
please add a regression test case to cover phrase searches too.
