I have amended the parser as requested.
Note: this requires a bit more work still. Since part of the SPIRES-style
author massaging involves querying the exactauthor index, in order for
firstauthor searches to work, we will need to build a similar
exactfirstauthor index. The parser is now written assuming that there is
such an index.
