Benoit was wondering how to take things that are in_merge, out.
You drop-down the 'modify ticket' area at the bottom of the individual
ticket display, and you select a new status by using the options on the
"Action" radio list button. The wording is strange and not entirely
obvious, but the descriptions to the right are pretty helpful.
Benoit, you mentioned that this ticket shouldn't really be in 'in_merge',
so I 'fail'ed it, so it would go back to being 'assigned'. Enjoy.
