We should be able to make progress on this and other feature requests
bugs as soon as we get the application developer position filled. If

Yea the goal was after the migration (which has currently stalled), we
were going to use the old Mozdev box to experiment on.
Mozdev is a production box and I think it is prudent to do all
experimenting in a staging environment.
