Dear Uda Habe, I'm moved by your kind words. I know I don't deserve them. More importantly it is not what my messages about, most definitely it is not at all what I'm all about.
I believe in the freedom of speech, religion and all those noble things. I respect people for what they are and for what they believein. My objection is about those who try to impose their will, their belief on others especially through coercion, underhanded measures and violence. We - Indonesians - should live in harmony like our forebears did. I believe that we all can try to respect one another and live peacefully. Only with peaceful and brotherly love can we expect to prosper. Those who believe in their intrinsic superiority over others are definitely in the wrong. God is magnanimous. He (She?) grants each of His (Her) creations equal standing and opportunity. It's our solemn duty to help one another to achieve the best possible outcome for our nation and country. We cannot rely on the politicians. By definition, politicians by and large exist for their own and party benefits. I live in Sydney, NSW, Australia. I'd truly love the opportunity of meeting people of the same mind. But regretfully I have been threatened with violence by cowards who consider it their religious duty to harm people like myself.
