        I can just confirm that your comments below are true and viable.
This is the method which I use to panelize boards all the time within
Protel. You will have duplicate designators and you will get same nets
connecting between PCBs in the panelized version but there are no errors.
        One important caution, make sure that you have the "Keep Net Name"
checkbox checked. This is particularly important if you 'might' possibly
click to repour polygons as they are pasted. Without the "Keep Net Name"
checked, if you repour the polygons then you are in for trouble, as you will
have unconnected polygon pours.
