I am so glad I found this group.  Kevin, I apologize for posting this
question on your blog....I had not found this google group yet.  This
is exactly the problem I have been having....I have been almost
banging my head against the desk trying to figure out how to get this
to work.  I also have some vision so I was playing around with
selecting the actual waveforms which seemed to change the active
track.  I had even looked at that setting wondering whether or not I
should change it.  When I get home I am going to try this out.  Also,
I don't know if anyone has tried this but if you get a magic trackpad
and enable the trackpad commander you can quickly jump to different
parts of the window.  I can use my finger to immediately jump to the
upper left corner where the track list is or move my finger across the
top of the pad to see all the different clusters that are available.
In conjunction with the keyboard shortcuts I have found it very easy
to jump around the UI, and you get a contextual idea of the layout of
the screen too when dealing with sighted colleagues.  Again, thank you
very much for finding out this issue solution.
