Hi John, I've verified that the pop-up menu which includes options for track height is currently invisible to VoiceOver. While there's a shortcut for adjusting waveform height, there's no shortcut for track heights with the exception of Control-Option-Command-down arrow but that fits all tracks to screen so chances are, if there are enough tracks, that it'll set the height to small or mini, in which case the playlist selector will disappear.
