Your local Avid representative should absolutely have that answer. Further, any Avid dealer can sell an educational copy to anyone with a school identification. It's the same version of Pro Tools possibly with an upgrade limitation or something of that sort. Anyway, your Avid rep or a dealer should be able to answer any questions.
