Hi Krister

I had a similar problem where the digi 003 buttons were triggering my sounds in 
plug-ins such as superior drummer, trillion etc. This is what I did to fix my 
problem. Not sure if it'll work for yours but give it a try and see.

Go to menu, control-option-M
Arrow right to set up
Arrow down to midi sub menu
arrow right and go to the bottom of four items
The bottom one will be imput devices, hit enter.
You'll then have two choices of checking or unchecking. the first is port 1 and 
the latter is port 3.
Uncheck port 3 and then arrow down to ok.
This fixed my problem. If it doesn't fix yours you can repeat the above steps 
and recheck port 3.
