I use 128 all day with my clients and they never even notice any delay and that 
is with a template that has some compressors and reverbs. You must have some 
sharp ears brother.

Hi. yes i can raise the buffer size, but when i rais it up to the next setting, 
128 samples, i am getting annoying delay, si 64 samples seems to be the only 
setting where it sounds reasonable.e for tracking. I do have a couple of 
plugins,  compressor and a reverb unit set up swell, so i know this adds to the 
load. is there anything else i can do to minimise clicks and pops. Really i 
think the answer would more than likely be more ram.
