Fader flip mode itself simply means that what's normally on the encoders gets shifted down to the faders so it can be send levels, pan or plug-in parameters. In addition to getting into fader flip mode itself, you have to be in the correct focus, whether it's plug-in or pan, send, etc. Hope that helps. Slau
