Focusrite sound card software is accessible on Windows and I believe things like sample rate can be changed in Pro Tools on the Mac side. Further more you can definitely load snapshots on both the Mac and Windows side so once those are set-up with various options then you are good to go.

I'm the type of guy who won't buy something if I'm not certain that it's fully or close to fully accessible, or the important bits anyway. I don't want to struggle with ifs and maybes, trying to figure out how to get around accessibility issues etc. It would have helped a lot if the ability was there to download and check out the full software without having a interface connected, but unfortunately most of the software only shows its true colours if the interface is connected.
