Focusrite sound card software is accessible on Windows and I believe things
like sample rate can be changed in Pro Tools on the Mac side. Further more
you can definitely load snapshots on both the Mac and Windows side so once
those are set-up with various options then you are good to go.

Hi all
It's a pitty about the Focusrite software as Focusrite has been my go
to brand interfaces since I can remember, I just love the quality of
their pre amps, and I have been looking forward to getting one of
their Red interfaces in the next couple of months.

I'm the type of guy who won't buy something if I'm not certain that
it's fully or close to fully accessible, or the important bits anyway.
I don't want to struggle with ifs and maybes, trying to figure out how
to get around accessibility issues etc.

It would have helped a lot if the ability was there to download and
check out the full software without having a interface connected, but
unfortunately most of the software only shows its true colours if the
interface is connected.
