Hi Joy, First of all you half to have made a selection in the track your going to quantize. Second of all you half to make sure the track is still selected in the tracks list. I mark the track with a hotspot in the tracks list and query the hotspot to make sure its still selected before trying to edit it! :) I've noticed that tracks drop out of being selected for a while now, and still need to track down what causes it to get un selected. But most of all I "ALWAYS" hide all tracks not being edited to avoid issues that might come up. HTH Chuck
