  The UMC404HD is $99 .
  Behringer UMC404HD

  4 input combo XLR/1/4 inputs.
  4 Gain knobs.
Above each knob is a pair of buttons.
Left is instrument/Line (push in for instrument mode)
  Right is Pad Switch.

Stereo mono button pushed in is mono. Allows you to monitor incoming input
signals in Mono or stereo.
   .
Mix knob is next to Stereo/Mono switch. Fully counter clockwise you only hear
direct input, Fully clockwise you only hear DAW output. The in-between
positions blend the input with the DAW Playback.
Below that is Main output level.
Next to Mix knob is Output a/b button This sets which outputs go to the
headphone jack. Allows you to monitor whats being routed to Outputs group A
(1/2) or Output Group b (3/4) on the headphones.
Next to that button is the Headphone Volume with the 1/4 headphone jack below
it

  Back Panel
Starting on Side opposite the power and USB connectors.
  Inserts
  1 top 2 bottom
  3 top 4 bottom
3 and four next to XLR Main out jacks.
  Main Outs
XLR left is next to inserts and then XLR right.
Next to XLR main outs is 1/4 main outs.
Top is left. Bottom is right
Next is the OutPut A/B pairs. If your DAW Gives you a Stereo out, Output 1/2
and output 3/4 then you can route to the 3 pairs of outputs all individually.
  Stereo outs = Main outs
  1/2 = Output group A
  3/4 =Output group b
If it only gives you output 1/2 and 3/4 then the same signal is sent to Main
outs and output group Outputs group A.
And B are available on 1/4 or RCA jacks. Output pair A (also will show as
1/2 in DAW)
1/4 jack Top is left, bottom 1/4 jack is right. Followed By the RCA outputs
pair for Output A.
Next is RCA outputs for Output pair B then the 1/4 jacks for that pair of
outputs.
Next to those are the Phantom power switch. Phantom power is on when pushed
towards side of the 1/4 jacks.
Next to those are Midi in/outs.
Midi in next to phantom power then midi out
Next to Midi Out is USB followed by power adapter input.

Send me the one for the 404. And, how much is it? I'd highly consider it.

Nope, in this case I am assuming they mean HD as in High Definition or
something like that. The HD versions of the interface are 24 bit/192khz were as
the non HD versions are only 24bit/96khz. Eitherway ProTOols HD isn’t required.
202HD is 2 inputs and two outputs.
      204HD is 2 inputs, 4 outputs.
      404HD is 4 inputs, 4 outputs.

I personally own the 404HD so if you need a text layout for that one I
can share. Otherwise call Behringer support, after receiving your unit and
getting it unboxed, they are great at assisting with that sort of stuff.

Now, you keep saying HD. I don't need PproTools HD to make this work,
do I? I don't have an HD license. All I have is the standard ProTools. Could
that potentially be an issue?
