I guess I will try it on another session to see if I have pressed something I should not have. Then I will see if that is the problem.

Nor would your sends. You just need to interact with the track. Not in the track list table. I'm talking about the track strip itself in the mix window. Then find your output volume slider right to the right of the mute button within the track strip. Don't do this on the master fader, if you have one.
