OK. It appears that JDK 1.6 doesn't work for building Ptolemy II 7.0.1;
1.5 version is mandatory (especially for javadoc).
My mistake, but it isn't so clear from Installation Instructions that
JDK 1.6 won't work ("install JDK 1.5 or later")...
Is there any requirement about gtk ? I get an error when launching
vergil (but it works anyway):
