Hi,

Sounds wonderful, wouldn't it be good if we either had all these useful info
chunks on a website, or even cut & pasted into a Useful Info doc that could
be mailed out on request?  I know that might be a bit of work, but wouldn't
it save re-inventing the wheel every time there's a new user?  Think of the
experimentation & frustration that you have experienced & could save new
users!!
