Hi all - Ok, I've got the .iso file downloaded, and I've tried to do the right thing to achieve a firmware upgrade, but have failed so far!
I'm using an old version of Easy CD [version 4.3], and I chose to create a data disk from the file menu, and I added the PTR1VERUP311AENG.ISO to the layout, and then went back to the file menu, and firstly, because of what I thought others had said on this list, I chose to "Create CD Image", but this proved to be wrong, as I was prompted for a filename, and where to save it, I did this anyway. Next, I tried just to burn the CD in the usual way, by choosing "Create CD" from the file menu - I was told that the CD had been created successfully, but of course when I put it in the PTR1, I was told it was a damaged disk. So, what is the right way to get the .iso file on to disk?
