Sounds like maybe the recording level is too low. If it's too low, it might detect soft places in the words as silences. If this doesn't seem to be the case to you, it might warrant a call to your tech support. We haven't experienced this problem. Just wanted to share my idea.

Do others notice that the auto phrase creation seems to create many phrases that end without a pause? I even get pphrases that end in the middle of a word where there is definitely no pause. It seems the PTR1 just decides regardless of the phrase detection time delay setting.
