Thanks for the information and since I now refuse to waste my scarce time on these glitches I'm just going to wait until Monday and make my endless phone calls--let them figure it out. We're all slowly dying and I'm not going to waste anymore time fixing other's glitches. Feels kinda good that I'm going to put the ptr1 and all other faulty adaptive software and hardware aside and actually live. Gotta go, breakfast time here in sunny LA.
