hello andrew, i haven't had any problem upgrading to v2, but there does seem to be one thing missing. while listening to the upgrade instructions it said you could also upgrade the plextalk recording software and that there is a text file in the prs directory giving instructions on how to do this. firstly i don't have a prs directory on the cd, and secondly having checked every file that is on the disc there are no instructions on upgrading the recording software anywhere. i wonder if anyone else has noticed this, or do others have the directory and file that they refer too.
