On the download page for the new firmware, there'S alink called "Download and installation instructions", this might help people, who do not know, what to do with an ISo file. The iso file is the image of the upgrade CD. It is an archive, which contains a lot of files. All the CD writing programs can burn such images onto CDs, so that the CD contains all the files from the image. Creator has this in its file menu for instance.
