I do understand how to upgrade my unit since I had to do this the last time around but, on that occasion, I had to ask many questions to understand how to use the ISO file provided for upgrade. Please note that my comments were around the use of this file and not directly about how to upgrade once the files were burned onto the CD. Of course, had this been my first time around, I would have had to ask those questions. I do feel that your instructions need to be written much more clearly in concise English. I appreciate very much that English is *not* your first language but perhaps you can get someone who will translate properly for you so that the difficulties of following your instructions are overcome. I would suggest that you use someone who knows little about the product and not a member of the list who perhaps knows a good deal already so that you can be sure that these instructions are properly understood. If the mode is special play, please change normal play by pushing number 3 key once. 6) Upgrade installation is automatically started, after the message that tells you about start of upgrade installation. The upgrade installation process will take approximately two minutes. Note: During upgrade, do not touch any key and do not turn off the PTR1. Finally, we will revise such discrepancies and clearly indicated those warning and new firmware soonest and if you feel you are not being given proper consideration, please contact to us.
