It was on the old firn war because I hafve never updated it because I have too much trouble trying to do it off the computer. I wish they would do like jaws does and sent the new stuff on a CD I would even be willing to pay for it . Even my friend Karl is having trouble down loading it off the computer and he is very knowledgeable about computers. Anyway I was never able to solve the problem Now I just record directly to the CD and hope I don't make any mistakes. Hi, Was this under the new firmware version? This problem manifested itself under the old version. The issue though of the recording getting damaged because of information on the disk, I think, though, is a different issue. When you had your problem, were you able to still read the data from the flash card? I have had the same progblem when I was recording some records on the flash card. When I tried to copy it to CD it woult do tha very thing it just keept sayuing something 11 minutes but it would do that on hours and the only way I could make it quit was to take the battery out and put it in again. No one ever answered me about what to do about this problem.
