Yes, this is also easy, but there are lots of issues about what can be 
transferred where.

In order to do what the plextor folks call "music CD format", use a "CD 
audio recordable", and select "music" from the recording setting menu. You 
can also do this by going to "custom" in the recording setting menu, and 
then selecting "pcm 44.1KHz" in the submenu. I just got my memory card 
yesterday, so I'm hoping to have some time this weekend to see what can be 
done by way of recording in the "music" / "pcm 44.1KHz" standard to a flash 
card and then transferring that to CD. Again, this last topic has comprised 
the major discussion on this list of late.

Hope this summary helps. The manual does cover a lot of this.
