Forgive me if I'm missing the point or just stating the obvious, but the "Generate OWLDoc" feature in Protégé - at least for Protégé-OWL files, works very nicely.  It's not the dynamically-generated view I'd really want ultimately, but it works great for a snapshot of an OWL-based ontology.

For an example, see the BIRNLex lexical index we are compiling within the BIRN Ontology Task Force:

I'll definitely take a look at RAP, because in the end, we really need something much more dynamic than this - though there's no reason to think the code used in Protégé to generate OWLDocs couldn't work off an OWL stream constructed by querying a persistent store of some sort.
