Of course, cytoplasm probably also be a full temporal part of a cytoplasm. I did not make that any more explicit, because it does not matter for this example. It would matter even less when we are making statements on a class level ('located_in some cytoplasm').

I think it matters a lot if people are to use AFO and use it consistently. What is the domain and range of located_in? things like P_at_time_1 or things like P? Or can it be either?
