When he claimed he didn't receive the check Karl suggested that he open the account anyway and then the TLDA could either reimburse him or he could open it *dry*, w/30 days to make the inital deposits of funds. He didn't do either one, and if he had opened the account, he could have paid himself back I suppose.
I understand he's also been sitting on two or three membership applications for a few months now too. Fortunately, we don't have to rely upon him for that anymore as the website takes care of the initial verifications automatically, and then the membership committee members all are able to verify the applicants phone and postal adresses, TLD Servers, existing content, etc.
