Don't know why you started this thread on the public list David, and
it's a major cross-post to multiple lists too, which I need to warn you
about. It's against the posting rules and it's bad netiquette too.
Please, just post one message in the future okay? That way people don't
get a bunch of mail in the wrong folders when it's filtered. I almost
missed this one because of it - I got two in my public folder.
You can always cut/paste if you want to send identical content from an
email to more than one list, and you should know where you want to send
something,

Actually, you botched the filing. You listed your home address as the
legal "agent address" - not your parents address, as you were supposed
to. Don't worry though, it's being fixed.

That would be advisable. If Hugh needed to send a check (for whatever
reason) to the TLDA, he should have sent it to the corporate
headquarters at 620 Sea Island Road #123, St. Simons Island, Georgia USA
31522. The agent address exists as a place for subpoenas, etc., to be
accepted, and not much more than that.

I said that such is my *understanding*. It was not an unequivocal
statement of first hand knowledge on my part. The only name I have is
that of a Dirk Roth, who, *as I understand it*, for some reason
mistakenly sent his information to Joe Baptista, and I *understand* that
Joe sent that person's info to you. I could be mistaken, but regardless,
he can merely apply for membership via the normal route same as everyone
else now that the application process has been released into production
on the website.
I thought that there were two other people as well. But thanks for
clarifying that there wasn't anyone else.
