rubygems-1.37 is correct for RHEL 6.  rubygems is the "gem" program,
ie package manager for ruby, it's not a subset or Ruby.  Do you have
EPEL enabled ?  You'll need that to satisfy some gem dependencies.
The package your missing is rubygem-rake.
