You should use "proxy65.jabber-host.tld". You can't use "msn.jabber-host.tld", even if you wanted to. (proxy65 is a file transfer _proxy_, msn is a file transfer client/end point)
So it should work with Psi and MSN Transport that I only edit the "Data Transfer Proxy" field (to the JID of the MSN transport) and file transfer should work?
Yes.
