[pygtk] PyGTK 2 Tutorial update

I've added a few pages to the PyGTK 2 Tutorial to describe the TextView 
widget. I converted the testtext.c program from the GTK+ 2.0.6 
distribution to use as an example in the tutorial. Please let me know if 
you have suggestions or find errors in the tutorial.
