So has any action been taken? If not, I'll communicate it to him. I'm personally worried most about the tracker, so I'd propose the policy - he must not reopen any issues. If he really thinks important information was not considered, he can post them to the closed issue. - he must not resubmit a duplicate of one of his closed issues.
