Indeed. Good catch. We want to enforce a minimum of sv48, but also allow optionally wider widths. I think the current default to sv39 is fine for the virt model, or maybe it should default to the minimum that supports the rest of the machine parameters, but the server platform reference needs to enforce a strict minimum and support for that would be a nice feature for the virt model too.
