blayer = QgsProcessingUtils.mapLayerFromString( area_result[ 'OUTPUT' ]), context ) I'm thinking of adding a shortcut for this to the context, e.g.: blayer = context.getMapLayer( area_result['OUTPUT'] ) What do you think?
