As an user and member of a user group, the message does not offend at all. This is something we struggle to explain to users and it's a good opportunity to send the message.
I prefer a long version instead of just a link (many won't click on it) I am not a native english speaker, but I think using something like "consider sponsoring" instead of "you can sponsor". Also the term "fast track" for me is not very clear for me, again as non-native english speaker.
