Hi, I was able to snap to the vertexes of the underlying layer thanks to an xml style that was sent to me by Morgan David. It styled the parcels and showed every vertex marked by an 'x'. The 'reshape features' tool didn't work as I wanted. I think I could try copying one feature from the underlying layer and paste it into my editing layer?
