It's been said a lot and often gets dismissed by users (similar to have you turn off and on your computer), but most of the issues can be resolved by: 1- Start your QGIS 3, with a clean profile. 2- Remove/disable all 3rd party plugins
If all fails, report the bug with a sample data and step-by-step to reproduce the issue.
