I had the same a while back - returned from addresses from israel. It turned out to be that someone out there, with my email in their outlook address book was infected with the my_doom worm. My machine was clean. Of course, the bounced emails are only the tip of the iceberg - from the isps and organisations with firewalls clever enough to block the message. For every message I received, there would be several other parties who received the worm, with the email purporting to be from me.
Not nice.
