Yes.
They are probably the NetSky virus. The bank here has been hit very badly with these - we even had to shut down the entire internal email system for a day (affecting 18,000 staff) to stop it. If adds you to its address book and then emails itself to other people in your address book using your name details. I got an email from a person in Italy telling me he recieved an email from me containing it, despite me not knowing him. The next virus writer that is discovered should be viciously beaten about the nether regions with a large stick, that should stop this once and for all :-)) cheers, Darren Branagh, Bank of Ireland - Cards And Loans Business, Nassau House, 33/35 Nassau Street, Dublin 2. They all seem to be 42K but I haven't dared view them as my AVG anti-virus reckons they're suspicious though doesn't know what they are, so I deleted them all. At 42K a time they are screwing up my emails a bit as the usual QL mailing list stuff downloads in the time it takes one of these to download. As some of them seem to have Irish domains (.ie), Darren do you have any idea what they are? -- Dilwyn Jones _______________________________________________ QL-Users Mailing List ******************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
