There are 89 Soundys in the 2003 electoral register, but no Adrian. There are even some in Hillingdon (relatives perhaps) but not Newcroft Close. Lots of Andrew Soundys. Are you sure his first name is Adrian, because if so, it looks like he no longer lives in the UK
In the 2002 register he was living at the address given by Tony. The fact that he is not in the 2003 register does not mean he is still not living there. If I remember correctly that was the first year people could opt out of being included on the published register,
