You advertised the meet with the footy caveat, why then no mention of thes 
plus factors ?

Where is the centre of gravity of members or possible attendees ?

Certainly Manchester is not as peripheral as Portsmouth or Hove, but from 
outside the only useful spots would be London or Brum.
