I'm all for the S/W emulation of the QL (good luck to those working on the
rehash BTW!)
but shouldn't we be helping to promote it as a RaspberryPI and what it means in
terms of educating newcomers. I'm sure many of us cut our teeth on various
Sinclair kit it would be nice to get newcomers to learn with equipment and
ideas that are current. To that aim I've already put together 70 ish projects
that could be done with the 'PI (or anything similar actually ;) !!).  I'd
appreciate more ideas, all ideas opinions welcome.

We've had a busy month! We received our alpha boards two weeks ago, and already
have a desktop environment and hardware-accelerated 3d and video up and
running. Work on the final board design is proceeding well. For more details,
check out our website at: http://www.raspberrypi.org
