What the error really means is that the file QLAY (which he is tying to execute) is not in the current directory. Without knowing what the current directory is, how could anyone know if this is an real error or not. Maybe he's in /home/bob and needs to be in /home/bob/qlay? Maybe the case in wrong and it should be Qlay or qlay or something like that. Again, not enough info to do anything with.

Kind of like saying "my car won't start" and then nothing else.
