Hi Bryan, and well done Wolfgang
same thing happened on my PC Brian first time.
Although the files and .jar file appeared in the folder it would not load, I moved the
files to a new folder then right click and choose "Extract all" then it works
BTW not Ql related but I've had strange screen shut down usually after a left
mouse click since upgrading Java prior to trying QLmulator, a reset to before
the upgrade seems to have cured this
I'm way down the ladder of computer literacy just about one rung up thanks to
Sbasic so here's what could be a silly question for those that might knoe -
I have an Asus TF201, (Andriod) great machine for my needs if reliability is
not an issue (been off for a new on/off switch already), I see that Java can be
downloaded to Andriod devices, sooooo could QLmulator run on my tablet?
QLmulator on tablet QPC2 on PC both on network - got to be good

Useful tip, Bill. I extracted to a new folder on my personal set,
instead of in Program Fles, and it works!! No inkling of why; leave
that puzzle to the experts! Extracted the same way Genj also runs.
